How To Register

Registration begins March 17th for Erie Catholic families. A registration packet will be emailed and sent home in take-home folders. Erie Catholic families are asked to return all paperwork by April 4th to secure their spot. If availability remains, registration will then open to the public. If your child is not currently an Erie Catholic student, fill out the waitlist form below and you will be notified when public registration is available.

  • Erie Catholic Registration - Early Bird: March 17th - April 4th
  • Open Registration: April 7th - April 30th
  • Final Paperwork Deadline: May 2nd

Please note all paperwork and the registration must be submitted to secure your child's registration. If all paperwork is not submitted by May 2nd, your child will not have a spot in the program and will not be able to attend.


JOIN THE WAITLIST

Age groups are based on the grade your child will enter in Fall 2025. All preschoolers must be potty-trained and have previously attended a preschool program. Field trip and bus costs are included in the weekly rate. Submit registration with a $30 non-refundable registration fee per child. Weekly rates includes breakfast, lunch, snack, and field trips. The Erie Catholic 2025 Summer Program sites -- Saint James School and Our Lady of Peace School -- are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (PA DHS) and operate in compliance with state regulations.
