Educational experiences expand in both public and private schools. William Hall - Principal, Saint George School William Hall served and retired as Superintendent of The Millcreek Township School District. He was hired as Millcreek’s Assistant Superintendent in 2009, and prior to that, he served as an elementary and secondary principal in the Oil City Area School District. His eighteen years of classroom experience includes teaching students in private, public, remote, and at-risk learning environments.
